About Me

I understand what you’re feeling! Next to my family, food is what I love most. But my relationship to food had turned sour. I felt crappy after I ate, lacked energy and hope, and felt anxiety around mealtime.

After going down so many roads hoping to feel better I was at a dead end. Special diets, supplements, allergy tests, blood work, doctors, homeopaths, functional medicine, you name it, I tried it.

But then I turned to the power of plants and I feel Iike the parallel universe version of myself who has energy, feels great after eating and has hope for the future. The best part of all? Food was my love again! My meals were more delicious than ever.

With this newfound excitement for what plants can do for us all I went back to school and studied with Dr. T Collin Campbell (the father of the plant-based diet) and became certified in Plant-Based Nutrition. I help my clients transition safely to plant-based or plant-rich eating with a clear map filled with delicious recipes.
